Independent director on for-profit boards. Long career as senior executive in biopharmaceutical industry, former adjunct professor at Columbia University Graduate School of Business. Named 2008 Healthcare Businesswoman of the Year for leadership and mentoring. Member of the MCP Board since 2007, chairing the Personnel Committee and the Mendelssohn Medley Committee and has served as Board Chair since 2013.
