What People Are Saying About
Saturday's performance was, in a word, spectacular. The repertoire was wonderful, and the quality of soloists and choir was outstanding. It was an exceptional afternoon.
Ethereal and earthy. Unexpected juxtapositions and wonderful harmonies. Loved the soloists embedded in the choir. Also loved the tenor soloist in the baroque mass.
The Mass for the Endangered, which was yet aother example of the MC's bold, intellectual, and imaginative programming. Bravo to Dominick DiOrio for selecting this work at such a critical time in global history.
