Rose Salus was a Mendelssohn Chorus singer who designated funds from her will to help Mendelssohn Chorus singers experiencing financial hardship. The fund continues her thoughtful legacy to assist singers with purchasing music, paying membership fees, and meeting other expenses so that financial circumstances need never prevent members from choral participation.
