D’quan Tyson, tenor, is a performer, educator, and administrator based in Philadelphia. In 2016, he graduated with his Bachelors of Music; Vocal Performance degree from Ithaca College and has actively been pursuing outlets to express his passion for music. He is a section leader with Mendelssohn Chorus of Philadelphia & Old Pine Presbyterian Church. In addition, he is a roster singer with the Philadelphia Symphonic Choir and substitute chorister at Opera Philadelphia. Currently, D’quan works at The Victor Café-where you can find the staff singing opera roughly every half an hour, as well as some freelance administration and education work.
