Rachael Lipson, soprano, enjoys frequent collaboration with opera companies, churches, and professional choirs located throughout the Tri-State area. She received her Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance at Westminster Choir College, and her Master of Music in Voice Performance at the University of Delaware in 2016, where she studied under Noël Archambeault. Since then, she has explored diverse repertoire as both a soloist and as a choral scholar, with a passion for new music, specifically. Rachael is currently a staff singer at Saint Mark’s Church, Philadelphia, a member of the Philadelphia Symphonic Choir’s roster, and a member of Vox Amadeus. She can be heard on classical guitarist Kevin Cope’s CD Origin Unknown performing his sets “Three Sephardic Songs” and “In the Sky,” released in October of 2020. Rachael is very excited to begin her musical journey with the Mendelssohn Chorus of Philadelphia!
