Russell Harris – Board Member

MD, MMM, FACEP serves as the Executive Vice-President of Envision Physician Services responsible for over 120 clients located in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast locations of the US. A graduate of Elizabethtown College(BS), Tulane University(MMM) and Temple University School of Medicine(MD)he is a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician who practices at our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center, Camden NJ and has been on the faculty of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital for over 30 years and served as the advisor to the Governor of Pennsylvania for Emergency Medicine during the Randell administration. Dr. Harris is a decorated retired Captain from the United States Navy and received 2 Navy Achievement Medals for his work during Desert Storm in 1991. Dr. Harris also serves on the Board of the Preservation Alliance of Greater Philadelphia and has restored the “Oaks Cloister”, the architecturally significant home of the architect of the Pennsylvania State Capitol. Dr. Harris has served on the Foundation Board for Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center as well as the Board of the Mazzoni Center in Philadelphia.
