Tiara Durham is a champion for visual and performing arts programs and an ecosystem builder passionate about enabling business owners to achieve economic success and prosperity. She currently serves on several non-profit boards, heads a management consulting practice, and lends her marketing and business strategy expertise to business owners and non-profits across the country. In addition, she leads East Coast business development for Founders First Capital Partners, which helps diverse led businesses accelerate growth through catalytic capital and advisory services. Prior, Tiara worked as a global business leader in the healthcare industry – driving fifteen years of innovation, development, and sustainability across several therapeutic areas.
